• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Holding multiple accounts will result in termination of all associated accounts and affected balances.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Koitoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify user identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.

Each Koitoto account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence.

• Two-factor authentication (2FA): We encourage all accounts to enable 2FA for an additional layer of security.
• Update information: You are responsible for ensuring your personal account information remains up to date, especially your phone number and email address.
• Immediate report: Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access must be reported to our support team immediately.

Koitoto shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your account by a third party resulting from your negligence or failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Koitoto accepts deposits via supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account upon successful verification.

Deposit requirements:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• The payment method used for deposits must be in the same name as the registered Koitoto account.
• Koitoto reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any transaction.

Withdrawal requirements:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified payment method registered under your account name.

Under no circumstances shall Koitoto's maximum liability to a user exceed the total amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding the liability claim.
